Located just 1/3-mile from the Monterey Bay Sanctuary, on both the east and west sides of scenic California State Highway One and adjacent to the city of Marina lies the West Armstrong Ranch. The Coastal Conservancy and the Ag Land Trust partnered to keep the ranch in the agricultural sphere. A variety of row crops are farmed including the area’s beloved artichoke.
