THOMPSON FARM

The Ag Land Trust has partnered with these family farm Owners on two conservation easements.  Comprised entirely of Prime farmland and increasingly subject to development pressures from the City of Salinas, the Ag Land Trust, in partnership with the California Department of Conservation’s Sustainable Agricultural Lands Conservation (SALC) Program,  and the Owners worked to secure a conservation easement thus ensuring this farmland will remain in agriculture forever.
