Adjacent to Soledad, the agricultural conservation easement serves to protect 1,000’s of acres as a buffer south of Soledad. The Ag Land Trust has partnered with these Owners on a number of conservation easements on farms located in the Salinas Valley. This farm is utilized for irrigated vegetable production as well as providing for wetland river bottom habitat.
