LEONARDINI HOME & RIVER RANCHES

The Leonardini Ranches are located between Moss Landing and Castroville. They are both recognized by the California Department of Conservation as the most prime and productive farmlands in the Monterey Bay area. The voluntary sales of conservation easements by the landowners and their intent to permanently protect these invaluable soils were funded with major grants from the State of California.
