MIRA MONTE BUFFERS

In collaboration with the property owner, the City of Greenfield, the County of Monterey and the Local Agency Formation Commission, the Ag Land Trust fashioned agricultural buffer easements on the western side of the city of Greenfield. Agricultural buffers can be invaluable in redirecting city growth away from prime, irreplaceable farmland.
