The Ag Land Trust has worked with this Ranch’s Owners on a number of Agricultural Conservation Easements. Located in the Santa Lucia Highlands Appellation and northwest of the city of Soledad, this Ranch has been used primarily for grazing. The northern 80-acres are planted with a vineyard. The donated easement provides that this property remains in agricultural use.
