This irrigated ranch located north of King City and east of CA State Highway 101, is in current row crop production. The Ag Land Trust, in partnership with the California Department of Conservation’s CFCP program and the Owners, worked to secure a conservation easement thus ensuring this highly productive farmland will remain in agriculture.
