This mapping tool shows all of the current fee owned properties and agricultural conservation easements that are held or owned by the Ag Land Trust. ALT has permanently preserved over 50,000 acres of farmlands and ranch lands throughout Central California. ALT particularly focuses on acquiring agricultural conservation easements and development mitigation easements that are strategically located to limit and impede irresponsible urban sprawl onto the prime farmlands of our counties.
To view our conserved properties:
1. Click on the two arrows on the top left of the map
2. Properties are color coded: fee owned: blue, easements: orange, mitigation: red
3. You can scroll to zoom into a specific property or use the plus and minus button on the left top corner
4. Once you click on a property, a table will appear with the information about the property, such as project number, project name, acres, APNs, and closing date
5. Each property will have this data and will be visible once you click on the property.
